Heat Exchangers
Charles Thompson has the capability to design and manufacture heat exchangers of up to 3m in diameter by 38m in length and with a maximum weight of 120 tonnes (see complete specification below).
Our heat exchanger thermal/mechanical design and manufacture division (which incorporates our pressure vessel division), with more than 1,500 years of combined team experience, is housed in a 51,000 square foot facility, operating on two three-acre sites.
The heat exchanger design and manufacture workshops are fully equipped with a comprehensive array of state-of-the-art equipment and machinery, enabling us to meet all tasks associated with the mechanical manufacture and repair of heat exchangers, and also pressure vessels.
Charles Thompson’s heat exchangers can be designed and manufactured from a range of different materials and maximum specifications are:
